Essential banking provider scheduled maintenance Apr 26, 2026 02:00-04:00 BST

Due to essential system maintenance scheduled by our banking provider, all account-related functionality will be unavailable between 02:00 and 04:00 BST on Sunday 26 April 2026.

This will impact:
- Use of your Countingup card to make purchases.
- Inbound and Outbound account transfers.
- New account sign-ups.
- Card-related features (activate, freeze/thaw, get PIN) in the Countingup app.
- All access to the Countingup app.
- The accountant hub.

Outbound account transfers won't be available during this time. Inbound account transfers will be delayed until the maintenance is completed.

We will aim to restore access to core services (like card payments and app access) as soon as possible, but some features may remain unavailable until the full maintenance window ends.

We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause. Systems do need maintenance and our partners do their best to keep these to a minimum.

Investigating - One of our providers informed us that they experienced technical difficulties. This has affected the processing of both inbound and outbound account transfers through the Faster Payment scheme between 04:41 and 08:21 BST.

All payments initiated before or after this timeframe have not been impacted.
