Please note that due to essential system maintenance scheduled by one of our providers, there will be delays to Faster Payment account transfers from 00:00 - 07:00 on Sunday, 19 April 2026.

During this maintenance period, Faster Payments OUT of your account will be queued and processed once the maintenance is completed. Some Faster Payments IN may be reversed during this period.

We apologise for any inconvenience. Systems do require maintenance, and our providers do their best to keep these disruptions to a minimum.

Update - Our provider has identified the issue and is currently working on processing the affected Faster Payments.

Investigating - One of our providers informed us that they experienced technical difficulties. This has affected the processing of both inbound and outbound account transfers through the Faster Payment scheme between 04:41 and 08:21 BST.

All payments initiated before or after this timeframe have not been impacted.

We are working with our provider to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
