Update - Our provider has resolved the issue affecting the 3DSecure system that is used when you use your Countingup card to make purchases online (ecommerce). These payments will now succeed again.

Investigating - One of our providers is experiencing technical difficulties, this is affecting the 3DSecure system that is used when you use your Countingup card to make purchases online (ecommerce). These payments will not succeed if they are required to be verified through 3DSecure.

In person card payments (contactless, chip & pin) are not affected.

This will impact:

- New account sign-ups.
- Card-related features (activate, freeze/thaw, get PIN) in the Countingup app.
- All access to the Countingup app.
- The accountant hub.

Outbound account transfers won't be available during this time. Inbound account transfers will be delayed until the maintenance is completed.

We will aim to restore access to core services (like card payments and app access) as soon as possible, but some features may remain unavailable until the full maintenance window ends.
