Due to essential system maintenance scheduled by our banking partner, all account related functionality will be unavailable between 02:00 and 02:30 on Sunday 13 March 2022. This will impact:

- Use of your Countingup card to make purchases.
- Inbound and Outbound account transfers.
- New account sign up.
- Card related features (activate, freeze/thaw, get PIN) in the Countingup app.
- Display of new transactions in the Countingup app will be delayed.

Outbound account transfers won't be available during this time. Inbound account transfers will be delayed until the maintenance is completed.

Other Countingup app features are not impacted.

We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause. Systems do need maintenance and our partners do their best to keep these to a minimum.
