We've deployed a workaround in our systems for the degraded view direct debits functionality, this will now work for customers and will also allow these to be cancelled again.
We are actively engaged with our banking provider, and will provide further updates as they are available.

Our banking partner is now experiencing a degradation of the view direct debits functionality, this also means it is not possible to cancel a direct debit at this time (since they cannot be viewed).

Our banking partner reports the BACS payment processing upgrade has completely successfully ahead of schedule. The cancel direct debit function is available again and we will continue to monitor the situation.

Due to a BACS payment processing upgrade scheduled by one of our banking partners, there will be no option to cancel any direct debit between Thursday 7th 15:30 and Tuesday 12th 12:00 (BST).
Please ensure to cancel any direct debits before or after the upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
