Due to essential system maintenance scheduled by one of our providers, there will be a delay in receiving SMS messages as part of the payee set up process between 21:00 Tuesday 7th December and 01:00 Wednesday 8th December.
Any codes requested to set up a new payee during the maintenance period will be delayed and sent out once the maintenance is complete.
SMS messages sent to verify mobile numbers, both during the sign up process and when changing a mobile number, will not be affected by the maintenance.
We apologise for any inconvenience. Systems do need maintenance and our providers do their best to keep these to a minimum.
